1) Register on the site and log-in.
 
2) Fill out the PTA MEMBERSHIP FORM.  If your user record was imported into the system, your address and contact information may already be filled in.  Please make sure it is accurate.
 
3) Click the Submit button to submit the Form.
 
4) At this time our online payment features have not yet been completed. Please make your payment via check payable to Stonehurst Elementary School PTA or pay by cash. Please drop off payments/donations inside the PTA mailbox located inside the school office.
 
5) The PTA will notify you that your application has been processed.
 
If you prefer, you may download the Membership form and return it with your payment to the school office.
